The team at ‘Town and Country Valuers, Property and Management Consultants’, is led by Director and Senior Valuer, Paul Szumski. Our team has a solid background in property as well as banking and finance, accounting, and business management. Paul is an Associate Member of the ‘Australian Property Institute’ being admitted as a ‘Certified Practising Valuer’ and ‘Certified Property Practitioner (Finance)’, is on the Department of Planning Transport and Infrastructure list of approved Review Valuers, and has been appointed as an Industry Court Assessor under the Land Valuers Act 1994 by the Attorney General of South Australia.

Our Story

The business of ‘Town and Country Valuers, Property and Management Consultants’ (incorporating EP Valuers) began in October 1999.

The business operations include property valuation and consultancy, property business planning, property development and feasibility analysis, and project development and management. The property consultancy business provides services such as asset valuations, property related feasibility studies, property development planning, advice on acquisition and disposal of real estate and other assets, and rental and or leasing advice and reviews for a wide range of private and corporate clients.

We also specialise in the valuation of aquaculture and fishing industry assets, i.e. fishing licences, aquaculture leases and licences, land based and water based assets and infrastructure.
